Drabble

It was Sunday. Well, It didn’t matter to him if it was a Sunday or not.
He went to the kitchen and stood staring. There was blood all over. On the shelf doors, the oven, the utensils. He let out a gasp.
Just then the phone rang in the living room. He walked up to the phone.
“Hello” he said. It was his friend on the other end. “Hey what’s up? Meet up for dinner tonight?” friend asked.
“Well, I’m not sure. Seems like a busy day ahead. Got to fix up last night’s mess.” The zombie said to another.

“Coffee honey, I’m tired.” She said without looking away from the television.
She didn’t get a response neither did she get the coffee she had asked for.

“Aaargh!” she exclaimed. She got up from the sofa, walked to the kitchen.

“This is the ONLY thing I hate about being my own better half!” said the narcissist.

She always wanted to experience death and now she thought she was. She pinched herself and laughed thinking its too simple a trick to know the truth. She was trapped in her own absurd thoughts.
